Great developmental toy!

My son (who got this for his 2nd birthday) seems only interested in cars and trucks, so it’s been tough to find toys that will help in his development aside from cars and trucks — but this one has been a hit. He’s definitely enjoyed learning the names of all the different vehicles and has also quickly learned how to string them on there. Great for development of some different fine motor skills.

Perfect toy. Has bright colors, is very durable and is a good size for little hands. Love that it isn’t electronic or makes noise. Educational, good for stimulating language and fine motor skills.
More than just stringing

I bought this for my two year old and we’ve used it for several skills. Obviously, he does the stringing, but we’ve also strung it by color of cars, type of cars, and size. He loves to pretend with it around his train track. I’ve also seen him lining them up by size, color, and function (delivery truck, cars, etc) We continue to get lots of mileage from this toy. However, I should say my son has a passion for vehicles so this was a definite winner in our house. He wouldn’t have any interest in doing such things with a regular beading set.
