My two year old loves it (and so does his big brother, who is 4)!!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Originally had a difficult time trying to find a three wheel ride on for my son. I wanted it to be small enough for him, light weight and steer-able! We found it in the Mopi! I have to admit I thought it might be too small at first, but it turned out to be of benefit. From the moment we gave this to our son for his second birthday, it was a huge hit!! He can pull it around to where he wants to put it. He gets on it and goes and goes! It took a few tries for him to get the steering down but it has really helped him with his balance, Now he’s got it down and takes off!! Even his four year old brother likes it, he gets on it any chance he gets!
The Mopi is a huge hit with our family, easy to ride, steer and easy for mom to carry!
WONDERFUL!!!

The MOPI is wonderful. I have a rough and tumble little boy that loves to be on the move. We couldn’t find anything that he was able to manueuver easily and move quickly. The MOPI is the answer. He very quickly figured out the steering idea and is all over the place! He didn’t get off the bike for the entire first day. He wakes up in the morning asking for his MOPI. He LOVES it. It is light and small, so we can easily take it inside and out, upstairs and down, etc. Our little 20 month old is a happy boy. His 3 year old sister also rides it (when he isn’t looking, of course) and she likes it too. Great intro into steering, on the sidewalks he understand how to keep it on course. I would buy this again in a heart beat!!
A hit with my son!

One of the distinct advantages that the MOPI has over similar motorcycle ride-on toys is that it is steerable. It allows my three year old to make turns and navigate around corners smoothly instead of having to stand up and then lift and re-position the motorcycle each time he wants to change direction. In addition, the wheels turn very smoothly so that he can easily glide on it, making it not only fun but great for developing balance. Finally, it is very light (my son can carry it around with one hand) and yet very sturdy.
Perfect for 2 Year Old

My 2 year old grandson loves this motorcycle. It’s the perfect size. His feet touch the ground and he whizzes down the driveway with no problem. I bought this motorcycle because it’s the only one I could find that turns and it’s not to wide. Someday, we’ll be needing the next size up!
Seriously Disapointed

This toy is similar to a motorcycle I bought at Walmart for ten dollars. It is too small for any child over the age of one. The plastic is light weight and the stickers were already lifting. I am sending this back. It is absolutely not worth the money.
Best ride-on toy ever!

I purchased 2 of these for my 23 month old twins and could not be happier. Both kids absolutely LOVE them. They are extremely light weight, which makes them accessible to toddlers who might not have the strength or skill to ride/steer longer, heavier toys. Like another reviewer, when I pulled the first one out of the box, I thought that the toy was too light and not worth the money. My husband, on the other hand, looked at it and immediately deemed it “very cool.” My 4 year old tried it and dubbed it his “flying car.” I am so glad that I didn’t send them back. You cannot get ride on toys like this – with amazingly responsive steering – elsewhere. In fact, most toys that offer any kind of steering, have limited steering radiuses. These turn on a dime and I have yet to have either twin fall because their MOPI steered “too well.”
Instead, they are learning both how to steer and how to balance. My daughter’s physical therapist is so impressed with this toy that she is recommending it to other clients. Meanwhile, I’m having to get another for the 4 year old, who won’t stay off the 2 I already have. Highly recommended.

We bought a Mopi for our grandson a month before he turned 2. When we opened it, we had some of the reactions of the fellow who wrote such a negative review on this site. It seemed small, too simple, and of course has no sounds or flashing lights. We even bought a backup choice–a more lavishly appointed bigger riding toy shaped like a motorcycle that made loud noises. Fortunately, we decided to stick with the Mopi.
HE LOVES IT. He loved it from the first second, and it remains his prize possession 6 months later. His 5-year-old sister begs him for turns on it (and she rides it easily!). He can zip up and down the sidewalks of New York, and his mother carries it easily up to their apartment. The design of the Mopi is brilliant. Because the sides are smooth and there is no seat back protuberance, our grandson can jump on and off in a single motion. It does not tip over and seems to be very easy to steer. This is a great toy, and I will be glad to buy another one the next time I need a gift for a child between 1 and 3.
