Wish I’d bought two
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
While some pieces of this set aren’t very durable, my 6 and 3 year olds love it. I wish I’d bought two.
Playing Store
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
This was a Christmas gift to my 7 year old granddaughter to go along with a cash register. It is a nice complement to play store. It would be nice if it were to include a few more pieces of fruit, vegetables, potatoes and other items to sell.
Fun for pretend play
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
We have the Learning Resources cash register, and my 4-year-old daughter loves it! So, we bought this to add to the pretend play. She loves to “open” and “close” the store with the sign as well as play with all the other signs, the “sale” especially. Apron is cute, too, and nice that you can personalize it. Boxes of food that it comes with won’t last very long as they are just thin cardboard. We tried to reinforce by taping-we’ll see how that goes. Overall good toy to coordinate with the cash register.
Not just for little ones!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I originally bought 3 of these for gifts for younger kids, when my 6 year old & 10 year old saw the box, they were disappointed it wasn’t for them(despite the clear 3 years + baby like packaging). I ended up giving it to them for the holiday, & they played store for hours!! Pretend play is great for any age & always good for some wholesome play! The money helps with learning as well!!
